It comes as no surprise that change is inevitable. Some changes are exciting, such as starting a new business, having a baby or scoring that big promotion. Changes like the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship or becoming an empty-nester can prove challenging. Regardless of “good” or ‘bad”, change is a-coming. I am here to help you through it.

It’s normal to feel a certain amount of stress and anxiety during times of transition. You are learning new habits and routines, having new experiences, and your body and mind need time to adjust. It’s normal to feel unsettled and uncomfortable.

However, problems can arise when life transitions get in the way of healthy habits and lifestyle. While “life transitions” are not necessarily a clinical diagnosis, it can manifest as a generalized depression, anxiety or adjustment disorders.
